How We Work with Schools

A successful program starts with a clear understanding of the school's priorities and what it can accommodate. We work with your team to agree on the program scope, responsibilities and communication arrangements.

01

Understand Your School

We begin by discussing your school's interests, capacity, preferred timing and expectations for visiting students.

02

Plan the Program Together

We help coordinate proposed activities, schedules and communication between the school and the visiting group, so expectations are clear before the program begins.

03

Prepare Students and Families

We help students and families understand school routines, participation expectations and cultural differences before arrival.

04

Coordinate During the Program

We provide a local point of contact and support bilingual communication between the school, students and families, helping coordinate questions or concerns as they arise.

05

Gather Feedback and Explore Next Steps

We help gather feedback after the program and discuss opportunities to strengthen future activities and continue the relationship.

FAQ

Questions About Working Together

Who do you work with?
We work with Australian schools, Chinese education partners, students and families. Enquiries may relate to a visiting student group, an individual student's education plans or a longer-term school relationship.
Can a program be tailored to our school?
Yes. We discuss the proposed program with your school and shape the arrangements around your capacity, priorities and student community. The final scope is agreed before the program begins.
What support can you provide?
Depending on the agreed program, support may include student preparation, bilingual communication, family liaison, local coordination and post-program feedback. We clarify responsibilities with the school during planning.
How are program dates and duration decided?
Dates and duration are discussed with the participating school and group, taking account of school schedules, availability and the program's learning objectives.
How do we begin?
Contact us with a brief introduction to your school or organisation, your area of interest and any preferred dates. If you have a student group in mind, an approximate group size and age range will help us begin the discussion.
